| Timothy has over 10 years of experience working in Beijing and Hong Kong with multinational corporations, nonprofits and Chinese companies as a Dispute Resolution Advisor and Human Resources Specialist. Timothy has been admitted as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since 1999, and acts as an Accredited General Mediator for the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) from 2002. Timothy is also undertaking a Doctoral research in Jurisprudence on the impact of the Information Communication Technology on dispute resolutions at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. |
