Chittu has a Legal Practicing Certificate and is a trained Mediator. Chittu’s passion is in Online Dispute Resolution, Conflict Resolution, Cyberlaws and Intellectual Property. Chittu’s first degree is in History whilst her second degree is in Law.

Chittu was responsible for developing the first Online Dispute Resolution service in India and Malaysia.

Chittu is currently working on the following Online Dispute Resolution sites; Odrworld, OdrIndia, OdrChina and OdrMalaysia.

Chittu is a Regular Guest Speaker at several Universities in Malaysia and India where Chittu speaks on Intellectual Property and Mediation.

Chittu is a Regular Evaluator at the International Competitions for Online Dispute Resolution.
